I am so hooked onto this korean drama series ' Wonderful Life '. I have been watching it since morning to now. Have been looking at other people's blogs on their posts on dtc/minicom. It is so funny just thinking about it. I really miss it! hahas. Oh I also found out how an avocet looks like.
And I suddenly thought of a flag design. hahas. I have been designing my groups' flags for jtc'04, jtc'05, jtc'06 and bnco'05!

Ladies day with my aunty who just came back from Australia, my sister and 2 other cousins. We shopped at far east plaza and had our lunch at a cosy japanese restuarant. I bought a pair of shorts from newbie. We walked all the way to the Village for tea break. We ate ice cream crepe, fondue...... In the end, we ate so much that we couldn't have our dinner. Went to my uncle's house for dinner but I was watching TV all the way.

One more day to Mini Com. Debbie, Natalie and I went out shopping for the FA present, CPR present and red candles for night trail early in the morning. We shopped for quite a while before going to school. Natalie and I discussed FA matters with Wellisa and Valerie. Went for squad meeting after that. We discussed quite a lot for tomorrow's mini com. Rushed through the night preparing the score sheet for FA case and only packed my bag for camp at 9.30pm.

Mini com 2006 is here. Came to school at 6.45am. Prepared some stuffs for FA and then prepared the Good Luck cards with Debbie. After uniform check, we had barang check. Then it was to the bunks. I checked bunk 4 and it was really weird that for the first time you can actually throw the stuffs onto the floor. After all that, we went to set up the FA case. Stupid function was held at the forum and in the end we had to use upper forum. A very weird place for FA competition. Anyway, we set up the stuffs and one by one the teams arrived for their case. Some teams were really funny, the way they react to the case. It was quite entertaining at first then it got more boring. But luckily FA isn't as long as Nursing and different teams react differently to the case unlike FD. So ya, I kinda enjoyed myself throughout the cases. After completing the different stations, they were given time to discuss for their items during campfire while I went to bathe. For once, there was no time restrain for bathing. We had FA lesson after dinner. Mylene took half of the 2 hours for her lesson. But at least we managed to drag the lesson to 2 hours. After lesson was NIGHT TRAIL! Too bad track was used for guide's campfire, in the end, Debbie and my venue had to change to Table tennis area where the corridor lights cannot be off. haiz... But the game went on quite smoothly although it wasn't scary enough. Basically, our whole night trail wasn't scary. Oh, the grey badge played as well and some took a long time finding me! hahas. After night trail and supper, we stayed up to calculate the scores. After calculation was bunk check already. We checked their bunks and also did uniform change for a while. After that, I managed to sleep for 1 and half hours before waking up.

PT early in the morning and I only managed to run 1 round and had to take care of the sick people. I got so bored that I decided to help the food committee to prepare breakfast. After breakfast they had their courses. We discussed the prizes thing before sleeping. I didn't manage to sleep at all cos there was alot of noise beside me and there was also alot of noise beside beside me! I was so pissed cos I slept so little and I ended up crying. hahas. kinda stupid. We had outdoor cooking next and NCO can really cook good eggs. hahas. We had traige and it was quite disappointing despite the FA lesson. Footdrill was slack time for me and I managed to nap on the track. The sky was really nice to watch and Boonyi and I was viewing the clouds. We had campfire. Singing community songs and having different groups item. Waner, happy and I sneaked away to bathe cos we were taking extra later. We participated in the dressing up game. We dressed up Natalie and Huiying in the weirdest costume we could think of. It was really funny. hahas. We took extra after supper. Lynette said I was scary when I scolded the juniors. hahas. Anyway, after extra, we continued discussion for the prizes thing all the way until fire drill cum changing parade. I was so tired that after changing parade, I just fell flat on the specs stand fast asleep that I didn't know what happened after that.

I woke up at 6.20am and I was the earlest to wake up. I walked around the school and saw that all the juniors and squadmates were not awake yet. I went to brush my teeth at 6.45am and hahas PT NCO woke up at 6.58am! So late cos PT start at 7am. Changing over of DI was pathetic cos only Debbie, Olivia, Xilei and I were the only ones there with the juniors. After breakfast was area cleaning. We had evaluation after that and FA took a really long time. sorry. I slept during Nursing's evaluation. After changing into their full u, it was prize presentation time. The atmosphere for the prize presentation wasn't there and it was really cold. After dismissal and clearing up, we had lunch at school's canteen chatting about all the funny stuffs that happened during camp. I went home, dumped my clothes into the washing machine and fell asleep on the sofa all the way to dinner time and after dinner was sleep time again all the way to the next morning.

Woke up at 9.30am and after breakfast, went to compass point. We shopped at Metro before watching Star Awards Close-up at 1.30pm. Saw Yvonne Lim, Jeanette Aw, Chen Hanwei, Terence Cao, Wei Lian and the 2 emcees. The show moved on very slowly cos they kept refliming. Anyway, I gave up half-way for more shopping and coming back to the more exciting part, the games part. We left after the whole thing ended to my grandma's house. I slept at her place. hahas. Actually we were supposed to go out for dinner but my mum said I look like a drunk person going to fall asleep again. hahas.

Went to cut my hair today. Wanted to cut to shoulder length but the style that I chose cannot be too short so apparently, it is only a trim from my previous hair length.
Went to Vivo city today. My first time there! It is very crowded and so I didn't manage to shop at all and it wasn't a nice experience squeezing through the crowd. My family had our dinner at the Imperial Kitchen. The place was very well furnished and the chair that they used was super cute- fingers, football, basketball... The food was fantastic too although the portion is small. We went to Haagen das next for dessert. ICE-CREAM! Too bad they didn't have fondue today if not it would have been a great dessert. Choices of ice-cream, seasonal fruits, baked pastries dipped into melted dark chocolate! YUM. We went to visit the oldest ship after dessert. It was quite crowded and there was a book sale on board the ship. We left for home after viewing the ship and snapping lots of photos. :)

I am late for school today. Actually I thought we were supposed to report at 7.25am but I guess the time should be 6.45am. Prize presentation 2006 is today. After all the farewell performances to Miss Choo, the prize presentation started. After that was PMB investiture. Estee and I were hammering thumbtacks on the stage before the investiture began. We were so anxious and nervous, our last investiture in st nicks! The walk-in was pretty fun but we didn't know when to take out our blazer after that, so everthing was quite luan. Next was the performances after all the speeches. Everything went so fast and before you know it, PMB investiture 2007 has ended. I was supposed to follow Lynn to bring PL prefects around the school but Mindy and I decided to help out at the reception instead. We served the guests drinks before serving them cutlery for food. After eating, Mindy and I went to collect all the cca records for pmb and it was quite messy. Finally changed out of invest u and went down to sj room. Packed all the FA kits and chatted all the way to 5.30pm.

Today's my Chinese Birthday! hahas. :D So early in the morning, I went to the temple to pray before going to school for invest rehearsal. We danced and danced, practised the walk-in and everything else. I feel damn bad missing the feedback session to go to the talk at HCI. Estee isn't feeling that good too missing her training. It was a race against the rain and time. We were drenched in the rain and we were going to be late. Luckily, we arrived on time, just before the talk began. And it is so embarrassing cos our school was the only one besides HCI that was present at the talk. The talk was by a Nobel Prize winner and his interest is on Physics. Half the time during the talk, I didn't even understand what he was talking about. The talk finally ended and we went to explore the school. We visited Estee's mentor at the boarding school and chatted on our way to the poolside cafe. Mindy and I were busy eating roller coaster while Steph and Siyi were watching ENGROSSLY at the water polo match and Estee was chatting with her mentor. :P Finally, we left the school. I was just thinking why did I come for this talk? Mindy said its a once in a lifetime experience cos the professor won the Nobel Prize and Estee said we should feel honoured cos he is a busy person, this is not his only talk, he is still going to NTU, NUS...

My day started out pretty bad. Firstly, went to Bishan Library to get more hong lou meng comics but to find out that vol 2-4 is on loan. haiz... How am I suppose to understand the story when I only read vol 1 and jump straight to vol 5? Secondly, bought brownie from Polar for breakfast tomorrow and the person gave me the smallest size of brownie! It is really very small compared to the rest. So waste of money! But things got better during lunch when my mum brought us to jack's place. I ordered the students meal and it turned out to be more worth it than the set lunch. I had soup, sprite, main course and double scoop of ice cream! Returned home and started sewing! hahas. I sewed the button that fell off my invest u and I also lowered my belt! hahas. But it isn't a lot and I took 2 hours to sew the belt back! It looked quite neat on the outside but on the reverse, it is super messy and untidy. Luckily no one can see it from the outside. :p Played football with my sister when my mum wasn't at home. So long since I played football with my sister and my leg is hurting now. Oh our game ended when I almost kicked down the vase of flowers. XP

Last day of lessons! but another huge pile of homework- Mathematics! haiz... Just received the news that our form teacher will be an English teacher thus Mr Wong will not teach us English next year! Everything will be so different next year. Photo taking today. Both my sports leader and prefect photo is so ugly! Why must he take the photo when I am on the verge of bursting into laughter? I am going to be so embarrassed when the photos are displayed next year. Rehearsal today for investiture all the way to 7pm. My feet is killing me cos of the shoes and I wasn't wearing stockings. I am so tired now, luckily there's no school tomorrow.

Went to Sentosa early in the morning today. Saw my uncle's new apartment at Sentosa. Although it is a little small, it is really grand and there is a private lift for his unit! The swimming pool and bbq pits are really nice too, facing the sea. Anyway, after viewing, we went to Pallawan Beach's food court for a drink. And I was rushing for time cos of Estee's bdae celebration and my family still dragged and dragged the time. And I am so sorry Yuxi, I had to keep changing the time that we were supposed to meet. I rushed to the mrt station and practically ran all the way to plaza sing. Reached there late and ordered our food. Shared Fish and Chips and a pizza with Pinfang and Yuxi. Estee's chocolate icecream cake was really tasty. After lunch, we went shopping around. We even tried on some exercising machines that were on display and it was really fun. We also went into a neoprint machine but we didnt take neoprint, instead we posed for Marianne's camera! hahas. We took a lot of photos. Continued with more shopping, went to spotlight to get cloth for Mindy's flag. We were supposed to leave plaza sing at 3.30pm but we kept dragging the time and left there around 4 plus. It was raining when I reached YCK mrt station and I had no umbrella and so I waited for my dad to come. By the time he reached, the rain has already stopped. Watched MI3. hahas. These few days I have been watching shows to spent my time. Oh I was supposed to attend another birthday celebration but my uncle cancelled it at the last min for dun noe what reason.

Lessons today were very short so lots of free period. :) I finished setting the FA case for mini com already! Now just have to let everyone check if its ok. Went to make IC today. The counter that I went to was really very slow. I scanned my thumbprint for like 10 times before managing to get a clear one. haiz... So qiao, the counter beside mine was serving my buddy from HCI. After everything, I went back home to watch Click. Really nice show. Went to Thomson Plaza for dinner tonight before shopping around. Can't wait for tomorrow! Going to visit my uncle's house at Sentosa early in the morning before going to celebrate Estee's birthday.

Back to lessons after 2 days break. We had Maths, Physics and Chemistry today. Chemistry was experiments and its really fun working with Jasmine against time. hahas. Homework piled up today with lots of Physics worksheets. PMB investiture rehearsal today. We learnt our dance which is a lot like cheerleading. Anyway, we also practised the walking in part and went home at 5.30pm. Full dress rehearsal on Monday. haiz... Have to bring the whole invest uniform.

2nd day of Mock Asia Pac Conference. Today, the fellow countries involved will present their speeches. China was the 6th to present. Before us was Japan, which sparked alot of discussion. Luckily for us, no one questioned China's speech. As the countries' speeches went by, it became more and more boring. I was busy drawing with Mindy on the different countries to spend time. Later, we placed a renmingbi note on our board for fun. I guess it attracted quite a number of people's stares. Mindy and I decided to ask a question and ended up embarrassing ourselves. hahas. Finally all 28 countries presented. After evaluation, that was the end of this conference.
Wanted to do my homework when I reached home but I decided to clear my messy table instead. While clearing my stuff, I sat down to read all the past letters that I have kept. Most are from Lynette, some are from Huiting while some are from Cheryl. All the past memories. And I realised Lynette's handwriting is really bad. hahas. I could not make out some words. Then I flipped through some of my Primary school stuffs. haiz... I really miss Primary school life.

Asia-pact Conference today. CHINA! :) Basically, we estimated the travel time wrongly and so, ended up at the school at 7.45am. After much waiting, we went to the hall. Settled down and chatted before the speech began. For once, I didn't sleep during the speech on terrorism. It was tea break time and I ate a curry puff. :P We carried out negotiations after that. Negotiations with Australia, Japan... I single-handedly talked to the whole group representing Malaysia! hahas. We took a long time talking with Tibet cos we were unsure if Tibet was under China or India. haiz... After the very long negotiation, Sri Lanka approached us. The negotiation with Sri Lanka was really funny. They needed aid to develop their country and all that they can provide us were tea, tea and more tea. hahas. They did offer sand, grass, tropical fruits... Really funny bunch of people. We finally came to an agreement. After everything, we editted our script. We arranged for tomorrow's conference. Not sure if it will be interesting or boring.

Back to school again. I don't noe why lessons pass really fast today, maybe cos the subjects are 1 hour only except for Biology. Learnt really interesting facts from Biology today, like what causes hiccups and why when you laugh really badly, your stomach hurts... Huiying was super high after recess today and Cheryl joined in during Biology. Laughing and Laughing away. Both are insane. After school, went down for training. Wells, we were kinda pissed, so spent most of the time scolding and pumping them in the forum. Olivia was chao scary and the netball people were all looking. I guess the scoldings were quite good cos I managed to see 3 groups FA case today.

Went to the airport yesterday. Had dinner at the creepy restaurant (to debbie and waner: its a pasta restaurant!). hahas. Anyway, after dinner was icecream from Swensen. We went to my uncle's house after that, along the way playing amazing race. :P
Went to J8 today. Bought all the sec 4 textbooks except the English one. Shopped around and my dad finally bought me Princess Hours. I guess he found it irritating cos I kept recording it everyday at 7pm. hahas. Went to the library to borrow hong lou meng. WOW. There is this series of comics on hong lou meng. 12 books all together! I managed to find a book on hong lou meng but it really doesn't look interesting. My mum broke her promise again. :( She said she would bring me to the salon to cut my hair but she said it was too late. It was like only 2.45pm when she said that! haiz... Watched DVD to spend my afternoon today. Monster House! Quite an interesting show.

I love friday! I can't wait for tmr cos I will be going to the airport to meet my aunt who migrated to Australia and most prob I will also cut my hair! Lessons today were quite ok and luckily there was a break for the asia conference thing. Got back PPR today. hahas. Quite happy lah. But I guess I won't be seeing such results next year. Squad meeting for DTC. hahas. Its going to be so fun! Can't wait for it to come.

Based on the theory that Huiying gave to me, according to the time I was born, it is still my birthday today! hahas. Anyway, the holiday homework is piling up and I am in no mood to do any homework. Plus, there are already so many tests on the first week of school next year. The stress is here... Social etiquette course today. Chatted on the bus with Huiying, Mindy and Estee. The hotel looks really nice and the talks were very funny. The nicest part is the eating part. I was chao hungry. Sat next to Lynette and Estee at the table. The food was not bad except that the salad was bitter and the main course was cold. And everyone at the table was staring at me when I helped Mindy finish her main course after having eaten mine. They must be thinking that I am such small size and I am eating so much. hahas. I was really very hungry then. We finished our meal really early and so it was question and answer time. Some questions asked were really very silly. Wells, after everything, we took a 3 Loyalty picture and went home on the MRT. It was the peak hour so the train was extremely crowded.

TODAY'S MY BIRTHDAY! (:
My very first birthday present from my parents: a pendant with a pearl from an oyster worth $100 plus. WOW. Went to school for lessons as usual and Estee and Mindy got me toothpaste and plasters. hahas. Weird but Unique present. There's some kind of explanation behind these items. I managed to go home early today cos I don't take Lit. So right after school, my aunt brought me and my cousin out to East Ocean for lunch. I had a bowl of Sharkfin soup all by myself! hahas. Lucky me. We spent about $250 on that lunch. Quite ridiculous price like 2 small plates of pickles where they will give to you every start of the meal cost $7.70 and the tea cost $9.10! WOW. Anyway, after lunch, we went shopping for any thing that I want. Actually I was allowed to spent $500 but I only spent $150 on clothes and I am feeling guilty about spending so much. So yupps, $150 worth of 5 pieces of clothes. My aunt bought me water-filled pillow and mat for you to sit on. Actually she got that for me last year but it leaked and I ended up throwing it away. So now, I have a brand new replacement! (: Going to make hotcakes later with the flour that I just bought. hahas. A hotcake as my birthday cake! Better than nothing at all. Wells, actually I'm still not out yet 15 years ago so I shall wait until I'm born!
