Watched my very first rally at the Yio Chu Kang stadium. It was the opposition team --- SDA. Didn't expected so many people to turn up to watch the rally. The crowd is just HUGE. Listened to 2 speakers --- Steve Chia and Chiam See Tong. After listening and knowing more about persuasive speech (hahas) I headed back home.

Oh, I changed my blogskin. CALVIN AND HOBBES!!! Comics! :D

Today is SPORTS DAY!!!
Went to school at 12pm, wearing for the first time the sports leader t-shirt. Helped to get ready everything before having pizza for lunch. After eating, we continued to prepare for sports day. At 3.30pm, we departed to our various areas that we are in-charged of. Gathered all the competitors. It was damn messy cos they just won't stay still and they all crowd around to watch the family dance, the cheer... After the family dance, the GOH arrived. Did the sports day song... It was cheerleading now. It made things damn messy at the competitior stand cos everybody wants to watch the cheerleading. After cheerleading, it was finally the 100m race. We gathered all the competitors. After the race, it was the prize-giving ceremony. Half-way through it, it began to rain. From a drizzle to heavy rain. haiz... The sports day was delayed. When the rain lessened, we continued with the race. Although it was still drizzling, everybody still tried their best for the 4X100. The bad news because of the bad weather, the family and teachers' race were cancelled. Now, it was the prize-giving ceremony. I got to present the prizes to peiling who will give it to the GOH! So fun! After the giving out the small prizes, now the BIG prizes! Best family dance- BLUE. Best support from old girls, parents- BLUE. Best cheer- BLUE. Best cheerleading- GREEN! Best Progress- GREEN! Overall Champion for Primary- GREEN! Overall Champion for Secondary- GREEN! OVERALL CHAMPION--- GREEN!!! Finally GREEN is the champ! :D After giving the gift to the GOH and she has taken her leave, we were dismissed. Helped to pick up litters on the field. Went back to the PE room to help pack up all the stuffs. Left school at 8.30pm.
Our job is done for Sports Day. It was tough job. It wasn't fun to be competitor steward. I have never been so tired during sports day before.

I AM SO SO SO TIRED!
After school, went to help GREEN house with the props. It was so rushing, we were short of bottles... At 3.30pm, went to help out with the other sports leaders. Helped to divide the specs stand first, then helped to bring out the flags, then helped to mark out the track, then helped to bring down 2 canteen tables, from the canteen to the viewing gallery! phew. Helped to wrap the prizes for teachers' race. Finally, took a break. Snacking at the PE room, chit-chatting... After that, helped to set up the radio for the cheerleading. Then decided to help GREEN house to "plant padis". It is quite fun. After that, controlled the music for the cheerleading. Watched the cheerleading cos I might not get to watch tmr. Blue, Green, Yellow then Red. After a 10 mins break, they did cheerleading again. Now it is the combined cheerleading. Wah! It was damn messy! Miss Lim was quite angry. They kept redoing. haiz... Watched until sian diao and was damn tired and hungry! Left school at 9pm. WOW.

Sports Day rehearsal today. Got to wear PE t-shirt! Reported at 7am and stationed ourselves as the rest of the students fall into their contingent. After taking the pledge, the emcees began the rehearsal. Starting with the arrival of GOH. Then family dance. hahas. We dun have to dance! :) All the songs started to play and everybody was trying to be energetic. Next was the march past. Blue started first, then Yellow, then Green and lastly Red. After everybody had settled down, the cheerleading started. It was really boring to watch as the cheerleaders were not showing the whole cheer routine. After all houses had finished their cheerleading, then the races started. After all the races, was the combined cheer routine which was not showed as the cheerleaders were not ready. :( After the GOH had taken her leave, the meet is over. Phew. I was getting really tired although it is not the actual one.
Went back for lessons. Mrs Tan only managed to teach for 5mins and the bell rang for PE. We went for PE reluctantly as we will be running our actual 2.4. Haiz... After stretching, we were off. Ran with Hui Ying all the way until the last part when I sprinted. Came in 5th in class with the timing of 13.42mins. A! :D After recess was Maths again followed by Chinese. After Chinese was free period. Went to the library to sign up for job attachment. Haiz... All the jobs clash with the student leadership convention except for the one on facial. So decided to sign up on that. Helped Cheryl, Peiting and Mindy to sign up for facial too which is at Orchard Road. There were many other choices eg. Cocoa Tree, Airlines, Law Firm... After a successful application, finished up the chemistry report in the library. Went for art lesson after lunch. Wanted to help Wen Shin sign up for the facial job too as there is 6 vacancies and we already took up 4 but too bad, 2 ppl have already signed up. Did charcoal drawing today. I drew a cork and a stapler. I think the drawing is kinda nice. hahas.

Had current affairs today led by Mindy, Lynn, Wen Shin and Pei Ting. It was kinda fun, looking forward to the prize. hahas. Social Studies lesson next. Time passes really fast. It was Chemistry test next. We were all doing our last minute revision. The paper lasted 40 mins but it was a really short paper. After finishing, Miss Lim gave us back our Biology test paper. :) Went for sports leader meeting during recess. Got our sports leader t-shirt today. Really big although it is S. It was Mathematics after recess. Learnt a new topic today. Next was 3 periods of Chinese. Had cheng yu test then watched a VCD about chinese new year and dumpling festival. It was interesting when they taught us how to make the different dumplings. As it was the last period of the day, we were all hungry at the sight of the dumplings. We also watched a flash on bird flu. It was a song sang by a cute chick. It was damn funny. After school at 2.40pm, went to put out markers for tmr's rehearsal. It started to rain and we all went to the PE room to chat. At around 3.45pm, left with me, Jessica and Melissa. Jessica and I did the sports day booklet. We wasted alot of paper and ink, printing and printing over and over again. After many failures, we managed to come up with a perfect cover page. Cover page only! We still have the other pages to do. It took a realy long time to edit and print the booklet out perfectly. Went home after 6.
So ppl, please please look through and treasure the booklets given out during sports day. It was really hard work.

Went back to school yesterday early in the morning for a Saturday. Facilitator for Station 2 of the P5 leadership camp--- Skyscrapers with Wen Shin. Watching the P5 girls play the game is really quite interesting. I saw groups 1-4 while Wen Shin saw groups 5-8. We ended around 1.30pm. They even provided us with free break and lunch! hahas. free food.
After eating, Peiting, Estee, Xueting and I went to the primary playground to play and wait for Mindy for her guides to end. While waiting, we decided to have a sun tan as it was really hot. Mindy finally came and we went to Estee's house to do our chemistry report. What I like about Estee's room is the Archie comics! hahas. Got hooked onto it. We did the report until 6 plus but still cannot finish. haiz... Estee was rushing to a bdae party so we were like 'chased' out of her house.
Last night I slept on the sofa in the living room cos after eating, I was damn tired. Reached home and collasped on to the sofa, fast asleep. Couldn't be bothered to walk up in the stairs to my room, so I decided to sleep on my new bed for the night. hahas.

Wells, had social emotional workshop today after school. Played games at the dance studio. Damn funny. We proceeded to the AVA room and had the proper workshop. We were split up into 7 groups. Ameline damn funny lah, everybody label themselves from 1-7, she said 8! hahas. Yupps. Did work on mahjong paper before going around looking at other groups'. We were split up again. I chose no.5. hahas. Same group as Peiting, Estee and Xilei. Telephathy. :) Ended the worshop with a prayer and treats from the sec 4s. hahas. The workshop is actually interesting.

Ran 6 rounds today. Siao. So tired and the weather was so hot. Half-way through running, I suddenly got hungry and my stomach was growling all the way until I finished running. Timing: 13.45mins. Must run faster on the actual day. After running and cooling down, we did sit-ups. Did 35 sit-ups. A ! We did incline-pull-up next. Did 18 within 22secs. I was so tired after doing all this. Did sit and reach, not as good as before, 47cm, but still A. Practically dropped down onto the sit-up mat to rest. After PE, I started to see black spots! Shit! Going to faint liao. hahas. Couldn't walk properly back to class cos I wanted to vomit. (To Huiying and Mindy: Sorry for holding your back after PE. Yupps. And thanks for 'supporting' me back to class.) I just collasped when I reached class. Sat on the floor and wouldn't get up. I was looking very pale, according to Huiying. hahas. We left the classroom at around 11.15am. After eating a bag of potato wedges, seaweed chicken and a honeydew, I felt much better. Maybe I was too hungry then.

Wells. Now studying for Maths. Quad Eqns, Indices, Congruent and Similar, Similar figs and Variation!!!

Tomorrow will be Maths.
Luckily Maths will be my last test this week. Unfortunately for my class, there is test every day of this week. Monday -- Jap. Tuesday -- Chinese. Wednesday -- Elective. Thursday -- Maths. Friday -- Lit.
Phew. I want this week to be over!

Checking of belts today. I didn't noe it will be that strict. To make sure your belt is not loose, bloat yourself when the teacher walks past you! I was chatting with lynn throughout the checking of belts. Chatting about fainting, spraining of ankles?! Yupps. We talk on weird topics. hahas.

I actually tied for best in CPR for zone com?! 46.7/50?!
This sucks when I tied but the trophy is given away.
I rather have like 1 mark less than the best, at least I noe I am lousier but I tied! And the trophy is given away cos we lost overall FA by 1 mark. I would be cursing now but at least the trophy is still with our school and I cannot blame them.
What a nightmare! Sorry if I offend anyone.

" G.O..O..D.....M..O.R..N..I..N.G.....!!!"
Our class is suddenly so enthu in greeting the teachers? Yupps. Suddenly greetings became practically screaming and shouting. The teachers were kinda shocked. hahas.
Had house meeting today. Why put 2 houses at the same location? So squeezy. I want to be at the forum! It was damn stuffy, damn hot, all squeezing at the new specs stand. We cheered and cheered and cheered. I think the actions to our cheer is damn comical, luckily I'm not doing them on sports day. hahas. Oh, there was this bee flying here at there around the green house. Then we were cheering, "At first we were afraid, we were (bee flew past me) PETRIFIED!" hahas. I am damn scared of bees.
Stayed up till 5 at school, just to attend the breifing for sports leaders on the obs. Doing my biology in the canteen when at 4.52, just about to leave the canteen to head for the news specs stand, my phone rang. "... Erm, Mrs Tan will not be able to make it for the breifing today. Can you help to pass the msg around?..." I waited after the house meeting from 3.30pm to 4.52pm and now you tell me it is postponed?! haiz... and to think I wanted to go home badly to finish my homework and study for biology test.

Yesterday was a miserable day.
We started out confident in the morning. Ready for the competition. Passed uniform inspection. First was footdrill. We did ok except for my 'vibrating' timing for slow march. sucks. Next was first aid. We did ok too except that I forgot to put the casualty in recovering position. Only after the judge prompted me then I realised that I forgot to do! shit! Lastly was nursing. It was better than expected. There was no no. 3 and 4 trolley! :) Although we never cleared the rubbish below the bed to make the room clean and waner had quite a hard time answering the judge's qns, I think we did well. Prize-giving ceremony. Congrats to NA team who took away ALL the trophys!!! Congrats to NC10 for being 3rd overall. Congrats to NC6 for producing the best in CPR. We came in 4th AGAIN. Compared to last year, this year was worse. At least last year we had best in FA but this year, no trophy at all. sad.
Although we didn't get what we wanted, NC3 still rock. I love every single one of you from NC3. Proud to be NC3's no. 3! :)
